At the beginning of Sherlock and Watson's phone call before Sherlock eventually falls of the St. Bartholomew's Hospital building, Sherlock orders Watson to stay where he is behind another building that's in front of the hospital. He tells him to stop 1 or 2 other times in the conversation whenever it appears that Watson starts to head towards the front of the building Sherlock will fall off. I assume Sherlock's telling Watson to remain where he is so he doesn't get a glimpse of how Sherlock survives, in order for him to believe he really is dead.

Just as Watson's heading towards where Sherlock landed, he is hit by a cyclist who knocks him over onto the pavement. It looks as though the cyclist is just minding his own business and looking ahead as he knocks Watson over, like he was purposely trying to knock him over. The cyclist also doesn't seem to have seen Sherlock falling or have heard him land on the ground, as he didn't go to see what happened like a normal person would do when they see something like this happen.

This part may be a continuity error, but when the bike hits Watson, the bike doesn't fall to the ground like it normally should.

Whenever someone hears a gunshot, they'll often look around them to find out where the gunshot came from, but after Moriarty kills himself with his own gun, none of the people in front of the building seem to look up at where they heard the gunshot, as if they were told not to, possibly by Sherlock who told those people, and the cyclist, to not tell anyone that Sherlock's still alive.
